Mark Johnson is the absolute best! We were first time home buyers and Mr. Johnson was patient with us and took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the process and educate us as we went through homes. He went above and beyond to ensure we were confident and kept us abreast of what to expect next. During each walk through, he kept an eye out for things we didn’t realize to look for, or just to bring to our attention in order for us to make the most informed decisions. He gave us suggestions when writing offers that resulted in the sellers of our dream home selecting us, evidenced by the letter they left us at closing. Getting to the closing table, we faced many obstacles and it was an emotional road. But with each hurdle we faced, Mr. Johnson was right there to pick us up and offer solutions. Working with Mr. Johnson you feel as if you are his only client with the amount of attention and dedication he shows you.
